In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

2. Domestic Pricing (India)

  • All prices displayed on our website for customers in India are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per applicable Indian tax laws.
  • The GST rate applied to your purchase will be based on the type of product and your delivery address within India.

2.2 Additional Charges

  • The price you see at checkout includes the product price, GST, and any applicable shipping charges.
  • There are no hidden fees; however, additional charges may apply for express shipping options, which will be clearly outlined during the checkout process.

3. International Pricing

4.1 Domestic Payments (India)

6. Refunds and Adjustments

  • If you are eligible for a refund under our Return Policy, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. The amount refunded will be equal to the price paid for the product, excluding any shipping charges.
  • For international orders, refunds will be issued in the currency used for the original payment. The refunded amount may vary slightly from the original payment amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.

6.2 Pricing Adjustments

  • Regal Rarities does not offer price adjustments for products purchased before a sale or promotional event. Once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase is final.

7. Order Cancellations

7.1 Cancellations by Customer

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at support@regalrarities.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, as the order may have already been processed.
  • If your order is canceled successfully, you will receive a full refund. The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method.

7.2 Cancellations by Regal Rarities

  • Regal Rarities reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, incorrect pricing errors, or orders where payment has not been received.
  • If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
