1. Shipping Destinations

  • We offer shipping across India and to many international destinations. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote area, we ensure your Regal Rarities products reach you.

2. Processing Time : 

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
    Note: Some products are made to order or customized, and may require 1–4 business days for manufacturing.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • India Standard Shipping : Delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
  • India Express Shipping : Delivery within 1-3 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Delivery within 7-14 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
  • International Shipping: shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available for an additional charge.
  • Within India: Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available for an additional charge.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier service’s tracking system.

6. Partial Payment on Delivery (PPOD)

  • International Order in PPOD Not available.
    We offer PPOD for orders within India, subject to availability in your location. An additional PPOD fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

7. International Shipping Considerations

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping costs.

8. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to external factors like weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Regal Rarities is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the courier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building security if applicable.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Regal Rarities is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@regalrarities.com.

11. What if I haven’t received my order?

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@regalrarities.com. We will assist you in tracking down your package and resolving any issues.
